Nichi Bei Creative Artists team member Masayo Funakoshi is a renowned chef from Kyoto, Japan. Together with California-based Creative Artists fellow Jesse Schlesinger, Funakoshi will create a temporary, experimental restaurant that explores sustainability through the lens of food and agriculture.
